My name is Lisa and I’m a Yoga teacher, Meditation leader and Reiki master teacher based in Southwest France. My passion is helping people feel happier and healthier by teaching the power of life force energy and how to harness it using the tools of Meditation, Yoga and Reiki.

Boosting your vital energy banks gives your mind and body a little helping hand allowing you to find your true groove and flow. By blending the practices of Yin YogaMeditation and Reiki I provide a holistic approach to health and well-being.

My aim is to help my clients discover improved wellness and balance by guiding them in cultivating their life force energy. Actively working with your energetic body gives your overall well-being extra support, aiding the body in its natural quest for balance and good health and nurturing a deeper connection with yourself and others.

I’m a Reiki practitioner/ teacher, Meditation and Yoga teacher with a passion for flowers, animals, herbs, books and crystals. I’m a huge advocate of the power of holistic self care and the power of working with your energetic body (life force energy) and my mission is to teach you tools to improve your wellness and to help you awaken to your inner power so that you can embrace a happier and healthier life. 

I know that when we get to a certain age, staying fit and feeling bright and sparkly can start to feel like a daily struggle. It’s especially hard when the universe throws extra challenges at you in the form of injuries or illnesses.
